South Actor Chaitanya X Account Hacked, promotes Bitcoin Scam

Popular South Indian actor Chaitanya’s X (formerly Twitter) account with over 2.6 million followers, was hacked in a Bitcoin scam! 

Hackers took control of the account and posted a fake giveaway message, claiming the actor had purchased 100 BTC for $50 back in 2013, which is now worth $6 million. They urged followers to vote on whether he should do a giveaway.

The post had over 6,400 votes with 23 hours left at the time of the hack. Fans were quick to recognize the suspicious message and urged others not to fall for it. Chaitanya’s team is working to recover the account and warned followers about the scam.

The tweet is now deleted so there are chances that the account may be retrieved back and may soon be updated with the latest information.
