Bitcoin treasury Strive has announced that its new preferred stock, SATS, is officially trading on the Nasdaq.
The company shared in an announcement that the stock launched on Tuesday and will distribute a 15% dividend every business day.
The Nasdaq-listed firm confirmed the successful completion of its upsized initial public offering for SATS, issuing 7,000,000 shares at a public offering price of $90 each.
This rollout happens as public companies continue exploring various financialization products for bitcoin. Pioneer bitcoin treasury Strategy, which currently manages five different preferred stocks, suggested implementing daily dividends for its offerings last month.
Matt Cole, Chairman and CEO of Strive, remarked in a statement, “The successful, upsized IPO of SATS marks a critical milestone in our strategy to maximize long-term total returns for our common equity investors.”
Alongside SATS, the Nasdaq-listed corporation also offers another preferred stock known as SATA, which features a variable dividend.
Strive launched as a formal bitcoin treasury last year and currently stands as the fourth largest entity in that sector.
Established by tech entrepreneur and former Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, the business holds 36,818 BTC, valued at more than $3 billion based on current prices. Furthermore, the company disclosed on Monday that it purchased an additional 4,045 BTC between October 12 and 16.
During January 2026, the firm finalized an all-stock acquisition of Semler Scientific, marking the initial occasion a publicly traded Bitcoin treasury company acquired a peer.
Similar to other digital asset treasuries, the objective is to provide investors with magnified returns through Strive’s equity. The company purchases bitcoin using equity while keeping a debt-free balance sheet devoid of bonds, credit lines, or leveraged positions that risk forced liquidation during market slumps.
Strive mirrors the path forged by software enterprise Strategy, which commenced bitcoin acquisitions in 2020. Strategy currently holds the title of the largest corporate holder of bitcoin, boasting 848,517 coins valued in excess of $60 billion.
Its five preferred equity products are STRF, STRC, STRK, STRD, and STRE.
On Tuesday, Strive’s stock, ASST, experienced a 4% increase in trading.
